Competition for the enrollment for 16th Generation of BOS Students
Academic year 2008/2009
Department for Advanced Undergraduate Studies (DAUS) had prepared new curriculum for the academic year 2008-2009. According to new conception, the curriculum for DAUS introduces Multidisciplinary Undergraduate Studies of the Belgrade Open School.
Thirty-five senior year students will be enrolled on the Multidisciplinary Undergraduate Studies, primarily from the faculties of social sciences and humanities.
Application packages will be submitted in two terms, first: May 12th –June 27th 2008 and later: August 27th – September 7th 2008.
For applying, the candidates have to submit following documents:
- Application form;
- Curriculum vitae;
- The essay “Why do I want to become DAUS student?”;
- Two letters of recommendation (which should be written on special BOS forms);
- Transcripts of the grades from their faculties.
All interested students could take over application forms in the DAUS office (Palace Belgrade, Masarikova 5/16 Belgrade) from Monday to Friday from 12 to 17 h PM in the period designated above.
Candidates who submit complete applying documentation entered the process of selection.
After applying process the candidates will be test in General Knowledge, Attitude test and English Language test on September 15th - September 20th 2008.
The most successful candidates enter the final selection.
The final selection including interview, which are, consists of conversation with the Committee.
After the interview and considering all previous results, the Selection Committee will choose 35 best students for the Multidisciplinary Undergraduate Studies of the Belgrade Open School.
The interview and the final selection will be conducted in the period of September 20th – October 1st 2008.
